Q:I created a Portal, but inside it there are no Portal Entry or Portal Exits.

A:Check under the Settings Menu. If you have Show Advanced Options set (Ticked) then when Portals are created their Portal Entry/Exit objects are hidden by default. To unhide them, click on the Portal, selet Options, and unselect the “Hide PEntry/Pexit” option.
