Q:I lost my model - I deleted the portal it was in and saved it before I knew I had done this.
A:Planimate® stores one copy of the older model version, in a file with a .BAK extension. If you have only saved it once since doing this, then you can recover it by renaming the BAK file of the same name to an MDL file of the same name.
