Changing Z-order of Views and Paint Objects

Value Views and Paint Objects have a flyout in their edit menu, called "View Order", which enables them to be positioned to the back/front or before/after the previous/next object.

Paint objects cannot obscure attribute/table views as these are in a separate layer.
