The columns in the list are:

Shows the name of the Table.

Scope
The name of the Portal.

Size
The size of the Table [Rows x Columns]

Comment
Shows the comment that may have been included for this table regarding its use as a guide for others.

The Add Table button enables you to define a new Table and add it at this scope - i.e. to this Portal.
The Edit button enables you to edit the contents, options and properties of the selected Table.
