Specifying an Import Label

This dialog has appeared because a label that is not recognised has been encountered in the data you are importing. The name of the label is indicated in quotes. Selecing Add It To The Label List will create a new unique entry for this label. You should use this option if the data you are reading contains new information (eg: new names, new locations). Select Substitute An Existing Label if you recognise the label is incorrect (eg: mistyped) and you know an existing label should be used instead. Select Create Alias With Existing Label if the label is a common alternative of an existing label and you want it to be associated with that label from now on.
