Status bar mode indicator in the icon area

The place where item class icons appear in the status bar is now used when in user mode:

• in User Mode stopped, red box
• in User Mode ready or run, green box

This enables the user mode state to be identified in applications (ie: is the Run Engine "stopped" or "ready")
