Table Paste/Replace behaviour

When doing a paste/replace:in a table:

• if the original copy is a "Copy-All", all table data, options and settings are
  properly set in the target table. Only the name and title are left unchanged.
• if the original copy is a "Copy" of a range of cells (which could be all the cells
  in the table if they were selecteed), then the paste will only replace the columns
  and data, leaving the table options and settings intact.
