The Calendar Time Reference sets the ‘zero” date for a model while it is being edited. This would usually be the earliest date a model works with.

Set the year (4 digit), month and day fields to the date. Typically the 1st of January of the first year of interest is used.
Hour, Min and Sec should be left at 0 for most applications.

The TIMEZONE field sets a correction/offset to dates, specified in minutes. Normally you can leave it zero. It is useful when you want to view and edit a model’s dates as they would appear in a different timezone without altering all the dates in the model.

The Calendar Time Reference dialog is reached by selecting Settings->Time Field Format and selecting “Actual Calendar Dates/Times” in the list picker. Planimate needs to momentarily start the model to apply a change in the time reference.
