Dispatcher in Message Mode as no Target set Message

Had the message "Dispatcher in Message Mode has no Target set" error eventhough i had hard set the message entry to the dispacher.
Determined the the button/broadcast that initiated the flow containing the dispatcher was set to:
"HANDEL WITHOUT INITIALISING RUN" within the buttons broadcast options.
Because the run was not initialised, the dispatcher was not correctly pointing a the entry and as a result, when envoked, the dispatcher through an error.
