Sending directed messages to an Entry specified by name

Directed Message dispatchers can now send messages to a message entry with
a specific name rather than their own name or the default name, (When the
message is directed to a portal). This will simplify the structure of
complex message handlers.

The option to set the name is "Message Entry Preferred Name" in the
Dispatcher Object Menu.
