Panels in a Planimate model can have different sizes for the area where objects, paint and views can be positioned. If a model user is going to be using a large desktop display, it will be useful to set a larger panel area than the default. It is also useful to make "popup" panels and palettes smaller and more compact.

The Current X/Y values set the width and height that will be applied to the panel. The X and Y fields set the dimensions in screen pixels (at 100% zoom). The default area for Planimate is 1016x672, chosen so a Planimate window fits comfortably within a 1024x768 desktop.

The Minimum X/Y values set the smallest area the panel will be auto-resized to, which occurs when the Panel Option - Engine - Auto Fit Panel To Window option is selected.

Recurse Portals - if checked, all panels contained within the current panel will also be resized.

Set as default - if checked, new panels for the current session will be sized as set. The default can be set permanently by editing the Platform INI option Panels - DefaultPanelWidth and DefaultPanelHeight.
