This list shows the label lists which are "in scope" meaning that they are accessible to routine code placed in Change objects at this panel.

The columns in the list are:

Name
Shows the name of the label list.

Scope
Shows the portal lavel at whch the label list is defined. If its defined at the topmost level, if will show "<main>".

Items
Shows how many labels (strings) are in the label list.

Use the Add List button to add a new label list.
You can double click or highlight and click the Edit button to edit an existing label list.

When you start a new model, Planimate creates a number of default label lists for you. These are named with a leading "_" to indicate they are created by Planimate. If you modify one of the default lists and want to restore it, delete it and Planimate will recreate it when you save and reload your model.
