When doing a paste/replace:in a table:
- if the original copy is a "Copy-All", all table data, options and settings are
properly set in the target table. Only the name and title are left unchanged. - if the original copy is a "Copy" of a range of cells (which could be all the cells
in the table if they were selecteed), then the paste will only replace the columns
